Monitoring
A fix has been deployed and we'll now monitor the background task. We will be in touch early next week with advice on rules that did not trigger and the next steps.

We are aware some that date based rules are not triggering. Rules scheduled for midnight are more likely to be affected than those scheduled for other times, this is due to the large number of rules that are scheduled to trigger at this time. We have identified the issue and are preparing a fix.
